Send a client a clean, itemised quote as a page
Line items, quantities, totals, a validity date — as a page you share by link and the client can print. Deliberately NOT live-updating: a quote is a dated snapshot, and its prices must never change after it is sent.
The template, filled with sample data — your assistant fills it with yours.
Use it: with Profusia connected, say to your assistant:
“Publish a quote from Profusia's template.”It will ask the questions below, publish the finished page, and hand you a private link to share.
What your assistant will ask you
- Who is the quote for, and what is it quoting?
- The line items — for each: description, quantity, unit price. Any per-item detail worth a sub-line?
- Currency, tax percentage if any, quote number if you use them, and how long is it valid?
- Any notes or terms to include?
