Templates / Client status page
Share a live project status page with a client
One page a client can open any time: where the project stands, the milestones with their dates, and what happens next. Bound to a dataset, so the Monday update is a data write — not a new document.
The template, filled with sample data — your assistant fills it with yours.
Use it: with Profusia connected, say to your assistant:
“Publish a client status page from Profusia's template.”It will ask the questions below, publish the finished page, and hand you a private link to share.
What your assistant will ask you
- What is the project called, and who is the client?
- In one or two sentences, where does the project stand right now?
- What are the milestones — name, status, due date?
- What are the next steps?
The data behind it
milestone | The milestone's name |
status | Done / In progress / Upcoming — honest words |
due | The due date as the client should read it |
note | One line of context, or empty |
This template is live: the page binds to a small dataset, so updating it (weekly, before the client's status call) is one data write — by you, or by a scheduled assistant task — and every link already shared shows the new numbers.
